We understand that lengthy legal agreements, such as this one, can be intimidating and difficult to read. While you should read the Membership Agreement in its entirety as it describes your obligations and legal rights, we have summarized some of the key points below:

 

1.1 Confidentiality. 2045 Studio places great importance on the confidentiality of its Members and the information they share as part of their Memberships. As such, please respect the personal and confidential information of Members, including, but not limited to, all communications and conversations heard or participated in at any Studio Space or any other Member experience.

 

1.2 Membership Policies. As a Member, you are subject to certain Membership policies, including, without limitation, those policies set forth in Section 2 of the Agreement. Please review them closely.

 

1.3 Member Responsibility. You use the Services and participate in the Membership at your own risk, and 2045 does not make any warranties or guarantees. You are responsible for all interactions with other Members and any other parties with whom you interact in the Studio Spaces.

 

1.4 Release of Liability. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for claims and liability relating to your use of the Services during your Membership in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement, and that Section 10 of the Agreement includes a release of liability.
