Our Mission

2045 Studio is a holistic approach to talent development and workforce culture, supporting organizations and brand in their pursuit to ensure all employees feel seen, heard, and valued.

2045 Studio is a curated network of leaders who are dedicated to building the internal cultures of tomorrow: cultures anchored in authenticity, vulnerability, and inclusivity. We support leading companies in building inclusive work cultures and help professionals become better leaders. Even in companies with robust DEI programs and diverse employees, there remains the issue of the Inclusion Gap: a disparity between siloed diversity teams and inclusive leadership integrated across all members of an organization.

We must transition from work cultures where diversity efforts are the responsibility of one team to a distributed experience where every people manager is empowered to foster inclusion.

Our approach focuses on bridging this gap through coaching, small group meetups, and community-building efforts.

 

As we approach a majority racially diverse America in the year 2045, companies will need to prioritize authentic, vulnerable, and inclusive work cultures to succeed. 2045 Studio is the only organization dedicated to this future, providing holistic internal and external services designed to foster inclusivity and representation across organizations for all employees, regardless of racial identity or level.
