Porter Braswell is the Founder and CEO of 2045 Studio. Under his guidance, 2045 Studio has quickly become the premier network dedicated to fostering inclusion in the workplace and helping diverse professionals advance in their careers. 

Additionally, Porter is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Jopwell (acquired by True Search), an HR tech platform that helps diverse students and professionals unlock opportunities for career advancement. He is also the Founder of JodieAI, a generative AI platform that supports individuals and teams on their inclusive leadership journey. 

As a seasoned founder, Porter’s work with 2045 Studio, Jopwell, and Jodie underscores his commitment to creating opportunities for diverse professionals and advancing inclusive leadership. His efforts not only provide tangible career advancement tools and opportunities for underrepresented groups but also challenge the status quo, pushing for systemic change and greater equity in the professional world.
